When I heard about American Idol's song competition, I decided I had to give it a shot. I was struggling to come up with a new song until I find another song I recently wrote but never finished, called "Dancing In My Dreams". I thought the melody was great, but the song didn't fit the competition. So I completely re-wrote the lyrics, and changed the title to "Living Out The Dream". So this is my 2008 American Idol Song Competition submission.
